Customer Success Manager Job Opening in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Haystack Informatics, a company backed by prestigious organizations such as Children?s Hospital of Philadelphia, Rittenhouse Ventures, and DreamIt Ventures, is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to help our customers gain the most from our software and ensure we consistently deliver excellent customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong interest in helping healthcare organizations utilize technology to drive improvements and a strong commitment to ensuring customer success. You?ll be the go-to-resource for assisting our customers throughout their life-cycle, from technical implementation through on-going account management. You will join a highly-dedicated team, and have an opportunity to shape our customer success strategy, particularly around our new solutions.
Job Description
Partner with new clients to develop project roadmaps, train them on using our software, and assist in identifying opportunities on an on-going basis
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis, either remotely or in-person when needed
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with our customers
Be the liaison between customers and internal teams, including sales, product and marketing
Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
3+ years related account management or consulting experience in healthcare operations or technology
Excellent time and project management skills, with an eye for improving inefficiencies (both internal and external)
Effective oral and written communication skills, including explaining technical ideas to nontechnical people
Professional presence when interacting with senior healthcare officials
Able to ask the relevant questions to understand client problems in depth
Attention to detail and follow-through to deliver to agreed deadlines
Strong sense of ownership
Are self-directed, self-organized, and results-driven
Understanding of Health IT best-practices regarding PHI/PII, HIPAA and EHR preferred, but not required
Familiarity with EHR software like Epic, Cerner, AllScripts or Meditech preferred, but not required
Startup or entrepreneurial experience preferred, but not required
