Junior Bookkeeper - Multi Unit Restaurant Job Opening in Boca Raton, Florida - Multi unit restaurant chain looking for a Junior Bookkeeper. Immediate Start. Ideal candidate must have an understanding of the fundamental principles of bookkeeping. Must be able to work independently and with others and be highly organized and at ease with multi-tasking.
Responsibilities include:
A/P - vendor payments, accurate account posting
A/R - Sales Journals posting
General Ledger posting
Bank/Credit Cards Reconciliation
Filings
Payroll Entry (knowledge of Oasis Advantage a plus)
Assist the CFO in preparation of monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Balance and maintain accurate ledgers

Job Requirements:
MUST HAVE multi unit restaurant bookkeeping experience
3-5 years of experience in related accounting field
Experienced with QuickBooks
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
Excellent writing and communication skills
