Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Responsible for A/R (billing, posting) and A/P (matching, coding, processing)
Resolve issues relating to invoices and with payments
Reconcile various accounts
Responsible for preparing monthly financial reports
Review trial balance and manage month-end process
Assist in providing financial transparency to the executive team
Systems Utilized : QuickBooks (highly preferred)
Additional Details : this position is a stand alone role, offers benefits and reports directly to executive management
Key Requirements include :
Bachelor in Accounting or related field from an accredited school
Proficient with US GAAP
Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a focus in Excel (pivot tables & look-ups)
