We are a small Professional Tax and Accounting firm in Bellingham that is looking for an experienced, detailed oriented, organized and energized individual who enjoys engaging with customers and working as a team.
We are looking for someone experienced with accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation to help to serve our clients and work with our lead CPA. Ideally we are looking for an Enrolled Agent, CPA or is working towards either.
Primary Duties:
You will be doing the following:
Depending on your experience and confidence:
Accounting ? Preparing and analyzing financial statements, tax strategy and other research/analysis as needed.
Tax Preparation ? Form 1040 and 1120 preparation needs.
Bookkeeping ? Data entry, reconciling, payroll, P&L analysis, reporting to DOR, ESD, L&I and IRS. Completing forms W-2, W-3, 940, 941 and 1099.
