The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of bookkeeping experience including payroll and reporting out of QuickBooks, and proficient computer and customer service skills. This position will be 32 hours weekly, up to 40 during tax time, and is eligible for benefits!

Bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Payroll and quarterly payroll tax preparation using QuickBooks
Washington State Department of Revenue report preparation
Customer service for payroll and accounting clients
Data Entry
Special projects as needed, especially during tax
Requirements
Solid bookkeeping skills with 3+ years of experience
Associates degree
Expert in QuickBooks. QuickBooks Enterprise experience is required
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
E-filing experience is a Plus
Conscientious, high level of accuracy and able to lean established procedures
Self-motivated, ability to work
Personable, outgoing and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
Professional appearance and presentation
Sense of humor is not required but helpful
