We are rapidly growing and need to add to our Inside Sales Team in our Transportation Lines Department. This position is responsible for new business production and renewals of current policies for the organization's transportation insurance Small Fleet Division, specifically 1 ? 2 power unit accounts.
Essential Functions
Develops and increases sales revenue within the Small Fleet Division to meet assigned targets.
Manages a book of business. Ensure that all client requests are met timely and accurately.
Daily outbound calling to new prospects as well as existing clients.
Obtain referrals and continue to prospect new sales opportunities.
Processes and manages accounts in accordance with agency standards and workflows.
Negotiates coverage and pricing within markets.
Maintains client files on agency management system and performs customer transactions.
Maintains and build relationships with clients.
Processes new business/renewal quotes, endorsements, certificates, cancellations, and audits.
Must follow all company guidelines and underwriting process.
Maintain good rapport with underwriters.
Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the ?core? work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience
At least three years of sales experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
P&C License or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment required.
Preferred Education and Experience
Advanced training in recent sales techniques.
