Responsibilities include directing the activities for machining, sheet metal, quality, maintenance, and assembly. Will maintain production schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards. Responsible for employee relations, including hiring, disciplinary actions, training, etc. Must have a minimum 5 - 7 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and strong CNC machining skills. PC software skills required: Word, Excel, MRP. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills required.
