Director of Investor Relations Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Director of Investor Relations with strong interpersonal skills to
lead the Investor Relations strategy which includes the strategic positioning of the corporate message and presentation to analysts and the investment community.
This role will be located in Tulsa, Oklahoma
A Day In The Life COULD Include:
Maintain, develop and improve relations and communications between the organization and its shareholders, the investing public, and other members of the financial community, including financial analysts and institutional investors.
Develop and execute Investor Relations strategic programs.
Develop and maintain close working relationships and communications with current and potential investors and financial analysts that invest in or provide coverage of the company?s equity or debt securities to enhance the standing of the organization.
Oversee the process of monitoring, analyzing and reporting of fluctuations and trends in shareholder base and make recommendations based on observations.
Lead the development and production of strategic written communications, including press releases and earnings releases to investors, analysts and the general public. Partner with corporate communications on overall messaging.
Lead the planning and execution of analyst and investor meetings.
Lead the day-to-day management of inquiries from investors and stock analysts, ensuring information provided is compliant with applicable SEC rules and regulations.
Expectations
Bachelor?s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business management or related field with previous experience in managing staff including managers and individual contributors; PLUS, the following job-related experience:
Experience in leading the investor relations strategy, which includes the strategic positioning of the corporate message and presentation to the investment community.
Demonstrated ability to network and build strong relationships with the investing public, shareholders and financial professionals.
Accounting and/or regulatory experience working in a regulated company.
Experience utilizing advanced problem solving skills, business acumen, solid verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with contractor management processes related to investor relations, managing budgets and interfacing with all levels of the company.
Experience with maintaining transparency while managing audience perception.
Demonstrated ability to consult with leadership in composing the tone and messaging geared to the investing, public and analyst community.
