Mortgage Cash Processing Supervisor JOB SUMMARY :
A Cash Processing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing timely and accurate processing of daily cash collections and requested disbursements. Duties also include special loan processing.
Mortgage Cash Processing Supervisor ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
Review and manage productivity, turn-around times & quality of work performed by cash processing team.
Develop and maintain written procedures and training materials that govern cash processing functions.
Manage special loan processing included but not limited to construction loan modifications and service release transfers.
Train & develop cash processing team ensuring process redundancies and deeper understanding of how job relates to world of mortgage operations.
Schedule and delegate work to team, including approving & planning for PTO or other unscheduled absences. Includes reassignment of duties when critical issues arise.
Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.
Mortgage Cash Processing Supervisor REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Mortgage servicing skills.
Basic accounting book keeping skills.
Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Research and problem analysis skills.
Effective communication skills
Equivalent
HS Diploma or GED Equivalent - College Degree Preferred
At least 3 years of related experience.
Prefer related experience in mortgage servicing cash management functions
