Home Equity Loan Processor Job Opening in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - NW OKC Loan Equity Processor position $14-16/hour- possibility for 17+ for someone with specific experience.
Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of experience.
*Would prefer experience in mortgage/banking, title companies, etc or knowledge of mortgage lending and consumer regulations but not a must.
Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as writing skills, including grammatical and punctuation and communication skills
Must be very analytical minded and have exceptional attention to detail and be well organized, and result-driven.
Must also possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Word and Excel.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with daily deadlines and remain professional and calm while under pressure.
Must have basic Math skills
Responsible for processing home equity loans and prepares file for closing or cancellation, which includes auditing the files for accuracy. Will be ordering and reviewing title reports, appraisals, and flood certificates. Reviews documents and prepares files for underwriting. Verify calculations on the property value and income. Communicates and relays any issues to the point of contact and vendors and works to resolve. Reporting and documents and stays on top of changes in regulations.
