Senior Accountant Job Opening in Provo, Utah - We?re looking for an organized and driven Senior Accountant to join our growing team. PEG Development is committed to high standards of quality from the conceptual phase to construction and operation through every project. Specializing in hospitality, multi-family, retail, office, and student housing projects. The Senior Accountant position will work closely with our other accountants and operations personnel and handle the day-to-day for our asset management team. We?re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our record keeping and bring more organization to our day to day financials.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain financials for various entities monthly in asset management
Manage monthly loan and insurance payments
Prepare monthly loan amortization schedules
Maintain the fixed asset and depreciation schedules
Assist with real estate tax payments
Assist with 1099-INT filings
Knowledge of the following:
Quickbooks
Yardi
Must be self-motivated
Ability to stay focused and complete tasks
Must have personable personality, service oriented, have a can-do attitude
Willingness to support all teams
