Controller Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - A Salt Lake City based insurance company who is a leader in supplemental insurance, is looking for a stand out Controller to join the team. ($135K+/annually)
ARE YOU?someone who has extensive statutory accounting experience? Are you seasoned in tax law and regulatory requirements? Are you a born leader, supportive, diplomatic with the ability to lead a successful team? Are you good at scrutinizing and refining business processes? Are you naturally detail oriented, disciplined, analytical, dependable and perceptive? Do you enjoy solving complex issues and are highly productive? WE NEED SOMEONE WITH EXTENSIVE ACCOUNTING & FINANCE IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY, bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration with 10 years management in accounting and finance as well as a CPA or CMA designation. Must have extensive knowledge of tax law and regulatory requirements, leadership ability and staff management as well as ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally. Master?s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business and/or experience in GAAP reporting a major plus!
