Experience: At least 2 years experience in a small business accounting environment. Responsible for all aspects of general accounting and reporting. 2 Years customer service experience required but may be simultaneous. Quickbooks accounting software experience is required. Experience with any other property management software preferred.

Responsibilities:
Ensure credibility of accounting records and reporting functions
Analyze reports and reconcile financial discrepancies
Substantiate asset, liability and capital account entries
Provide guidance with clerical and data entry procedures
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for accounting procedures
