We are looking for a Business Development/Sales person to help generate new business and assist the company in meeting its growth goals.

QUALIFICATIONS :
* Previous experience, preferably in sales, in a "Service-Oriented" Business (Janitorial, Security, etc.)
* Experience in cold calling and self-generating prospects
* Experience in Business to Business sales
* Experience in Microsoft Office 2010/2013 to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Possibly Dynamics CRM.
*A college degree is strongly preferred.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Self-Generate New Permanent Accounts to grow the business.
* Build Long-Term Relationships with all contacts to increase referrals and additional business.
* Work with the First Response team to accomplish Company goals.
* Set weekly goals and present to Supervisor including action items and future direction.
* Send a Weekly Review of sales and client prospects to the Supervisor by End of Business Friday.
* Document all calls, visits, and activities in the company's CRM software at the completion of every day.
* Provide solutions and opportunities for Company growth and expansion.
* Take, handle, and contact any "house calls" or temporary accounts that call in for new services.
* Assist in the day-to-day branch duties as requested or assigned by Manager
