Outside Sales--Paid Training--Leads Supplied Job Opening in Greenville, South carolina - Forest Creek Investments (FCI) is looking to hire and train an eager, motivated outside sales person to join our company as an acquisitions manager. Brian, our business owner, started FCI with a few yard signs, a couple Magic Markers, and the willingness to educate himself and work outside of his regular full-time job to build his own company. Now we are seeking someone with a similar drive towards success on their own terms to join our team.
The right person for our team will:
Be willing to manage their time and the company leads wisely and without constant direction from Brian
Care about providing reasonable solutions for people going through tough times
Know their strengths and weaknesses well and be able to adapt to work within the confines of both
Be curious and eager to add to their knowledge and skills
If you are hired, you will be responsible for:
Calling sellers about their properties
Setting and attending appointments with sellers
Negotiating with sellers and overcoming objections with an eye towards helping sellers achieve their goals
Obtaining contracts from sellers
