Inside Sales Job Opening in Hanover, Pennsylvania - We have an immediate opening for an inside salesperson for busy, established building supply store. Experience in sales, especially exterior building supplies, preferred. Applicant must be reliable, professional, detail oriented, possess computer skills, and have excellent communication skills. Must have good working knowledge of exterior building supplies, primarily windows, siding, doors, gutter, decking, and railing. Must be personable, and able to work individually and as a team member. Applicant needs to be able to multi-task and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills a requirement. Individual will be working with both contractors and homeowners. No evening hours required: regular hours Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 12 Noon. We are an employee-owned company.
Typical tasks include:
*Answering questions and taking orders over the phone and in person.
*Quoting doors, windows, siding, gutter, decks, railing and accessories; doing blueprint take-offs.
*Setting up material deliveries.
*Assisting customers with problem solving and purchase decisions.
