Heavy Duty Parts Counter Person / Inside Sales Job Opening in New Alexandria, Pennsylvania - We are looking for an experienced heavy duty parts counter person to work the front counter at a busy Mack / Volvo Truck Dealership. The applicant should be familiar with heavy duty truck parts and have at least 1 year of work experience behind the front counter. We are looking for a person with a great attitude and strong work ethics as well as energetic, out going and very personable. Applicants should have good communication skills and be able to work with phone customers as well as walk in customers. Applicants also need to be familiar with computers and programs such as email, internet, Google search and some Excel. Training on our dealer systems will be provided although ADP/CDK skills are preferred. Applicant's should be prepared to work with all makes, models and years of heavy duty trucks as well as some light duty vehicles as well.
