Inside Sales Job Opening in Bensalem, Pennsylvania - Our client, a supplier and plastic materials distributor, is looking to bring on two (2) Inside Sales Reps to join their growing team in the Bensalem PA area!
Responsibilities include -
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, aged leads, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and E-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.
Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for customers obtained.
Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
Builds and maintains customer relationships.
Prepares reports of business transactions.
Sets up customer or new accounts information to give to A/R for entry into computer database.
Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date
Qualifications -
A minimum of two (2) years of Sales experience within Metal or Industrial Product Sales.
The position is base plus commission structured.
Travel will not be required for this role
