Summary: DLP is looking for an aggressive Inside Sales Agent to set up appointments for our sales specialists. You would be responsible for converting leads into appointments, scheduling appointment for buyer specialists, create urgency and excitement in the clients. What you have already accomplished:
3+ years of Inside Sale experience
Online lead conversion experience
CRM experience
Strong computer skills
Experience working & converting prospect via scripts
What you are great at
Responding quickly & with urgency to Incoming calls & web home buyers & renter leads
Utilizing proven scripts to screen & set appointments
Following up consistently & with high energy
Monitoring lead progression with outside sales professional & assisting with closing of sale
Overseeing & managing outside sales team
Develop & improve lead conversion & incubation processes; marketing campaigns; etc.
Partner with marketing team to achieve lead generation & incubation targets
What you will achieve in this role:
Complete DLP New Specialist & ISA Specialist Training within 3 to 4 weeks.
Follow up with DLP Leads weekly by phone, text or email and log into Prodigy
Daily Reports to be completed daily
Set 80 Leasing Appointments per month
Set 70 Buyer Appointments per month
20 Buyer Closings per month
25 Leases per month
Reach 32+ Points Per Quarter in production
.2 points for each signed lease
.50 points for every closed buyer deal
Attend all required meetings and work proactively to provide solutions to improve the performance of the management company
Attend company/industry events with occasional work on nights and weekends
