The New Home Sales Advisor is responsible for owning his or her franchise business within their market by achieving annual sales, referral, and client satisfaction objectives as well as building a business with brokers that sell in the price range and in their market. The New Home Sales Advisor owns the processing of all clients from sale to close. The New Home Sales Advisor drives results in the areas of Sales Process, Realtor Program, Referrals, Franchise Management, and Customer Service. The New Home Sales Advisor implements the New Home Sales Advisor Operational Excellence Standards.

Responsibilities:
Demonstrates buy-in and alignment with the True culture

Pursues and persuades prospects to build a True Home through executing the True Sales Process with each prospect

Demonstrates knowledge of financing programs, pre-qualification, product program, and construction disciplines

Follows-up with each prospect continually

Pursues and persuades realtors to bring qualified prospects to True Homes

Develops relationships and maintains accurate and updated list of targeted offices, key realtors, and core realtors

Requests referrals at time of purchase agreement and contacts prospects in a timely manner

Inspects the communities, models, and signage to ensure a retail ready True environment

Completes Community, Model, and Spec Home inspection report and submits weekly

Demonstrates excellent customer service by performing closing tasks accurately and in a timely manner

Performs other duties as needed or required

:
High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor?s degree in a related field preferred

Three or more years of quota bearing sales experience

Appropriate license or certification as required by the state

Formal sales training, (B2B) sales, broker, and leadership experience preferred

Ability to work weekends when motivated clients are in the market (with 2 days off back-to-back during the week)

Strong professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Sharing your sales success story with us by quantifying how you are rated within the top 10% of your peers

Valid driver?s license and reliable personal transportation for regular local travel required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
