Sales Professional Job Opening in Clinton, Maryland - Mattress Warehouse is currently seeking highly motivated and successful sales professionals to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. We have been a leader in the Mattress industry for more than 25 years and we are locally owned and operated. As a sales professional with Mattress Warehouse you will confidently sell our premium bedding products utilizing a tried and proven selling process. The minimum requirements are listed below:
Assist in fulfilling our mission to provide the Mattress customer with a relaxed and educational shopping experience.
Ability to use the computer system to do basic point of sale transactions.
Ability and willingness to learn and follow our proven selling process.
Ability to work alone and take initiative without being asked. High energy, enthusiasm, and motivated demeanor required.
Team focused attitude. High School Diploma or GED.
Our preferred candidate has previously been responsible for meeting personal sales quotas with a track record of consistently exceeding those goals. Other preferred qualifications below:
Proven sales track record. Prefer experience in retail, big ticket, and commission sales..
Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
