Unlike alternative investments that require continuous work to get paid, our product creates an opportunity for individuals and families to retire with increasing cash flow and wealth within 3-5 years.
You will be selling our education and coaching, building the dream, and changing lives. We offer a la carte products and packages that range from $1,000 - $40,000. Phone based, consultant type sale, that involves managing a pipeline and the use of a CRM.
The company is the real deal and so are the coaches. We have more student success stories than any other real estate investing education company in the marketplace. Our CEO owns in excess of 8,000 apartment units in Emerging US markets and if hired, you will be working 30 feet from his office.

Job Requirements:
5+ years Sales Experience
Proven track record of success
Some College or Degree (School of life ok)
Good oral and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Background in Real Estate Investing not necessary, but must be open and willing to learn.
Accountabilities:
Represent the company with integrity
Leave our students in a better place than you found them
Account management as it relates to future sales
Look up student history and add notes to our CRM
Report back to the company the needs of our students to assist with innovation and new product development.
Sell students into our entry level product, Multi-Family camp/home study system
Sell additional home study systems, live training events, and coaching programs
Upgrade existing coaching students
Make a minimum of 40 dials per day
Complete at least 10 consultations per week
Exceed our minimum monthly quota of $25,000 (after 180 days of employment)
