Our next hire will possess:
1-2 years of proven sales experience (inside phone sales preferred)

Consultative approach to selling
Previous lighting experience (preferred)
Total compensation reflects the following results on average; Year 1 $45,000+, Year 2 $55,000+, Year 3 $65,000+, Year 4 75,000+.
