About the Position: This position requires an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a driven ambition to succeed by signing up new customers. The Sales Director will work closely with the principles of Interlink in developing sales and marketing strategies. In a rapidly growing and changing organization like Interlink, it?s best to work in a face-to-face environment. Therefore, we expect the sales director to work in our office initially to facilitate spontaneous collaboration on new ideas to grow business. We foster an open, transparent culture within Interlink and value open discussion from all team members.
Position Responsibilities:
Become an expert on the user functionality of Interlinks Web Portal and Integration Tools
Work with owners to develop an effective Sales Strategy
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, maintain pipeline within CRM
Networking: Build Leads by attending industry Trade Shows, meeting with ERP channel partners, direct e-mail and phone campaigns
Aggressively work the pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
Schedule and deliver online product demonstrations
Develop proposals and negotiate new customer deals
Position :
5 years of SaaS sales experience
Experience Selling in the ERP space a plus
Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
Ability to build, manage, and leverage an extensive network of client relationships
High Energy, demonstrate enthusiasm about delivering Interlink services to new customers
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong business acumen, strong executive presence.
Experience working with CRM and/or Sales Pipeline tools
Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field
Ability to overcome obstacles, aggressively pursuing opportunities

Compensation: The compensation may include base, draw, commission, bonus for sales goals, and profit sharing. Closing business will be generously rewarded!
