We are a small family owned manufacturing company that has been in business since 1945. We are looking for a process Chemist who must have a working understanding of aqueous coatings, fiber dyeing, and the ability to go from lab trials to production to meet customers specifications and performance needs. We coat, laminate, flock, and convert textiles and are members of the American Flock Association. This is very much a hands-on position where you work very closely with the operators and are asked regularly to formulate coatings for a specific purpose. The Chemist here is also responsible for purchasing latex, powders and all ingredients of the coating process at the best possible price. * Principals only.
