We?re growing as fast as our resident companies which means we need your talents and experiences to help us thrive. Join our team in the position of Lab Operations Associate where you would be reporting to our Lab Manager.
You?ll be the best fit for this role if you have a bachelor?s degree in a scientific field and/or 2 years of lab experience. Bonus points if your heart is in the lab, but your head isn?t in the research.
What your day looks like:
Collaborate with lab team to maintain and oversee laboratory operations
Display a high-level of customer service and ensure residents have a positive experience
Educate residents on equipment and organize training sessions with vendors
Liaise between the residents, vendors, and our teams - ensuring prompt feedback and action
Learn the ins and outs of our lab systems
