Client Care Manager Job Opening in Bangor, Maine - This is a perfect position for a social worker, nurse, or other health professional looking to transition from a healthcare facility to working one-on-one helping our clients navigate the challenges of growing older. The Client Care Manager evaluates our clients' needs, designs customized care plans, conducts home visits, and provides guidance and support to other members of the Client Care Team. A Bachelor's degree in social services, LVN or RN or equivalent work experience is desired. Must have supervisory experience and a working knowledge in professional business practices and regulatory compliance.
