We are looking for teammates to join our Plumbing/HVAC Counter Sales team to provide our customers with exceptional service. We work best with versatile people who can learn fast, think on their feet, and can quickly become competent members of our team as we strive to continually exceed the expectations of customers. Full-time positions available in our Fairfield County locations (Norwalk, Stamford, Bridgeport)

Primary Responsibilities :
Sales & service clients
Answer heavy phones
Assist customers at the counter
Initiate quotes for all potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with diversified customer base (homeowners, contractors, and businesses)
Write up orders in a timely, accurate, and complete manner
Fulfill orders
Receive payment and customer authorization for all orders
Attend vendor product training sessions
Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
Organize and keep area neat, clean, and welcoming for customers
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed
Desired Skills and Experience:
Must have at least 2 years customer service or sales experience and be customer service focused
A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to continually learn
Continuous improvement in product knowledge
Proficient communication and computer skills with the aptitude to learn new software programs
Ability and willingness to develop customer relations to generate new business
