On Site Manager (Bilingual) Job Opening in eugene, Oregon - On Site Manager (Bilingual) Remedy Intelligent Staffing is looking for a qualified individual to be an On-Site Manager to the temporary employees at the location of one of our large accounts. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum one year experience in Human Resources * Staffing industry experience is a PLUS but not a definite must! Excellent customer service, computer, and communications skills required! * MUST BE BILINGUAL! Spanish is a must. * Pass drug test and background check. JOB DUTIES: * Screen, test and interview applicants, payroll, workers compensation management, as well as monitor performance and resolving basic employee problems as required. * Be enthusiastic, articulate and professional with excellent leadership and people skills. * Utilize effective leadership tools to plan, organize, staff, control, and direct all operations of the on-site office. * Establish goals and objectives for the on-site office and its employees and devise a winning strategy to make it happen. * Be a career-minded individual with outstanding people skills. DAYS AND HOURS: * Work hours are on call 7 days a week averaging 50 work hours. PAY: * $13.50 to $16.80 per hour (Depending on experience and plus commission). This is a SALARY position.
