Client Liaison Job Opening in Auburn Hills, Michigan - SUMMARY
The Client Liaison serves as the point of contact for customers of Equity Experts. Most customer interaction is with Condo and Homeowner Association Community Managers and Board Members. Prompt responses and accurate answers are required based on the preferences of the customer, which may include phone, email, etc. Effective service to the customer provides them with the information they require at the time they need it, often on short notice. Successful Client Liaisons earn the trust and confidence of the customer, resulting in client retention, the assignment of new communities, and referrals to other Community Managers.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Education
Associates Degree desired.
Experience
1 to 3 years in a fast-paced customer service environment; accounting knowledge helpful.
Skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
Attention to detail.
Strong computer and organizational skills.
Comfortable meeting deadlines with ever-changing priorities.
Ability to complete projects with little or no supervision.
Physical Requirements
May have to sit for long periods of time.
Travel may be required.

PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phones in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
Immediately respond to customer inquiries via email and phone (within 1 hour)
Initiate proactive phone calls & emails to clients
Maintain record-keeping software (data entry)
Complete assigned tasks on or before requested due date
Maintain open communication with other departments
Maintain a high level of confidentiality with customers

The Client Liaison must be persistent at times and maintain a high professional standard. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are key to success in this role. This position requires integrity and the ability to remain calm under sometimes stressful and demanding circumstances. The Client Liaison will promote a strong customer relationship and advocate for the growth of Equity Experts.
