Inside Sales / Customer Service Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - Job Responsibilities:
1. Operate telephone switchboard answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality
2. Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products and services, to take and/or enter orders, or to obtain details of complaints
3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
4. Respond to inquiries via email or phone on a variety of topics, including product specifications, warranties, installation, and use.
5. Prepare and send sales to customer, review for accuracy and completeness
6. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company?s products and pricing structure
7. Utilize the company?s CRM system on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles.
8. Complete required reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy.
9. Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
10. Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up calls with customer decision makers.
11. Regularly communicate with President and Customer Service Sales Manager; review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
12. Assist supervisor as directed with other assigned responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
Required experience:
Sales/Customer Service: 2 years
