We are currently seeking to hire for a Front Desk Associate. This is a SALES position and we require SALES experience. MUST HAVE SPA KNOWLEDGE and we PREFER Mind Body experience. We are a new studio and we are striving to build an exceptional front desk staff.
The Elements Wellness Program is the best way to care for clients in our studio. Promoting and taking care of clients/members of the program is the top priority of the Sales Team.
Team members will earn commission for wellness plan and package sales, and have opportunities to earn additional bonuses based on studio performance. We also provide a free massage each month!
This position will require:
Informing all visitors about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan
Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio
Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate
Working as a team with our Manager and Massage Therapists to create a Youtopia where clients are the center of the world
Skills
The right candidate will learn the business and help it grow by pairing the care of the clients to the right therapist
Ability to promote and sell the Elements Wellness Program
Takes the initiative to engage every new visitor to the studio, while never taking a long-time client for granted
Must learn and understand Elements Service Path of Service
Qualifications
Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment PREFERRED
Comfort and satisfaction of the client is the No. 1 priority of our business
Taking the initiative to find ways to solve problems early and thoroughly
Having the emotional intelligence to know if a client needs more attention or less attention
MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE**
Candidate responsible for having expert knowledge about a service or product
Know how to counter objections to service or product
Must take responsibility for the sale of service or product
Ability to thrive in a dynamic office
Comfortable working with computers
Attention to details in client files and payment processing
Must have flexibility with changing schedules and business initiatives
