As a SALES CONSULTANT , you will roll up your sleeves and put your extraordinary sales drive to work, taking BATH FITTER?s game-changing home improvement retail network beyond the $350 million mark.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years in-home sales experience.
Passion for home improvement.
50%-70% closing ratio
Strong presentation skills
Valid driver?s license and maintain a good driving record.
Willingness to follow lead generation programs in exchange for ten corporate appointments a week. Demonstrated ability/desire to perform in high pressure, fast growth retail company environment. Established reputation as a high integrity top performer.

Our company has a best of class commission compensation plan. You earn what you sell, but are personally supported with scheduled appointments.
During the training period and for the first 2 months you will be supported with a base salary of 600$/week plus commission.
Motivated Sales Consultants can earn $70,000 + annually. We also competitive offer health benefits, paid time off for all full-time employees.
