Due to our expanding business in our brand new state-of-the-art facility on Raleigh Road Parkway in Wilson, NC, we are seeking Automotive Sales Associates for our Ford/ Lincoln dealership. You will have the opportunity to sell anything on the lot including pre-owned vehicles. We're looking for motivated, enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who are looking for a career, not just another job. Prior automotive sales experience is not required, but must be willing to take direction. We will train qualified candidates. MUST be comfortable communicating online. Bi-lingual a plus! Valid in-state driver's license.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills, online and in person.
Ability to meet selling quotas established by dealership policy standards.
Pre-employment testing required including background checks, MVR, and drug testing.
No previous automotive sales experience necessary; we will train qualified candidates.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Ability to determine a customer?s vehicle ?needs and wants" by asking questions and listening.
Ability to demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives).
Report to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, review and analysis.
Constantly update your knowledge on incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc. and how they benefit the customer.
