To capitalize on this opportunity, we at Emerson are seeking a Project Sales Manager to join our Kansas City based team. Emerson Enterprises is an insurance restoration contractor, and as we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a Project Sales Manager to grow with us. Job responsibilities include, helping customers through the roof or storm restoration process, maintaining great communication and existing business relationships, and cultivating new business with company resources.
What you?ll be doing:
Scheduling and meeting with new prospects
Inspecting Commercial and Residential properties for storm damage
Performing face to face sales presentations
Producing and presenting estimates
Acquiring insurance contracts from home owners and business owners
Meeting with insurance adjusters to determine the scope of projects
Payment collections
Qualifications:
Successful outside sales experience preferred
Construction industry knowledge a plus
The ability to work independently with autonomy
Competitive, positive natured
Must maintain professionalism in appearance and communication at all times
Strong communication skills
