Sales Associate Job Opening in Olathe, Kansas - My office is currently seeking a Sales Associate. Part-time or full-time possibilities depending on the person. We are a busy agency located in Olathe with two agents. Duties will include but not limited to: prospecting new clients, managing current marketing programs, appointment setting, cross selling current clients. Candidate must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. Property and casualty licensed, strong sales, phone skills and great attitude required. Life licensed preferred. If asked for an interview the candidate would need to be prepared to present a marketing plan of how they would anticipate to succeed in sales.
