Rose Meadow is curently looking for Direct Care Professionals to join our team! Responsibilities include but not limited to: Implement care plans for residents under the supervision of shift nurse, provide residents with assistance for all activities of daily living, documentation, meal preparation and light housekeeping, supervise residents for safety.

3p-11p, Part Time, 24 hrs/wk - $250 Signing Bonus if hired before 9/15/17
3p-11p, Part Time, every other weekend - $250 Signing Bonus if hired by 9/15/17
7p-7a, Part Time, every other weekend - $250 Signing Bonus if hired before 9/15/17
11p-7a, Full Time, 32 hrs/wk- $500 Signing Bonus if hired before 9/15/17
