Accredited Debt Relief is a well established and rapidly growing financial services/debt relief company and we are looking for the best Inside Sales Reps / Account Executives in UTC/Mission Valley. This is a full time inside sales position starting soon!
Responsibilities Include:
Use a consultative sales approach and offer our clients an array of debt consolidation related products and provide them solutions to their immediate needs
Close sales and achieve monthly quotas as assigned
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest with a positive attitude at all times.
Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis, research of customer requirements through first party resources with no cold calling!!!

2 years prior sales experience highly preferred
Must possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills with excellent interpersonal skills
Aptitude for problem solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach
Flexible style, perseverance, and interpersonal savvy
Ability to work a full-time schedule and use Microsoft Applications efficiently
Must possess Telephone sales and closing ability along with Intelligence & Problem Solving skills
Be enthusiastic & self-motivated to reach sales goals
