Job Description:
Completion of weekly commissions payments process and ownership of this process provides a fast-paced, autonomous work environment. The ideal candidate is able to work independently, asking for help when needed, manages their time well in a very fast-paced environment, learns quickly and jumps in to help and add additional value where possible. Advanced Excel skills are a must for this position and are tested during the interview process. Strong communication skills are a plus.
Job Duties:
Management and completion of all payroll (and some payables) duties, including but not limited to:
Review and analysis of payroll data, recognizing and requesting corrections where necessary
Understanding of various contracts and pay structures to ensure payouts are calculated correctly
Extraction of data from CRM into excel for payments processing
Able to manage time well to keep a strict schedule for various deliverables
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting
Minimum 1 Year experience in payroll-related duties
Strong Excel skills a must
Experience with Agemni a huge plus
Experience in Direct Sales industry preferred
Experience with commission structured pay preferred
