The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
1-3 years A/P, A/R or other accounting experience
Working knowledge of Excel mandatory
Working knowledge of Quickbooks preferred
Reliable time management, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills
Helpful, customer service attitude
Typical duties include:
Accounts receivable and accounts payable
Payroll processing
Bank account and credit card reconciliations
Month-end general ledger reconciliation
File maintenance
