Sr. Revenue Accountant Job Opening in Houston, Texas - Arizola & Associates is recruiting for a Sr. Revenue Accountant for an oil & gas company in Downtown Houston.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry/upload of revenue information for select properties.
Validate production data and verify pricing.
Prepare revenue-related journal entries.
Ensure revenue bookings are in accordance with requirements related to royalty agreements.
Update and maintain revenue-related reports.
Prepare assigned account reconciliations.
Work with the land and marketing department ensuring properties set-up of information is correct and updated timely.
Qualifications:
5+ years of accounting experience
3+ years of revenue accounting experience
Oil and gas industry experience
Enertia system experience a plus
Bachelors degree in Accounting
