LIFE, Property & Casualty Licensed sales producers and customer service specialists.
The ideal candidate MUST BE LICENSED , self-motivated and enthusiastic about
SELLING
You will follow up on inbound leads as well as market for new prospects. Allstate SALES experience PAID MORE $$$. Candidate must be able to close deals over the telephone and in
Person. The candidate must be able to work independently, as well as being a team player. There is opportunity for advancement! BENEFITS AVAILABLE after 90 days.
Primary Duties
Generate sales from new customer prospects obtained from telemarketing and leads, referrals and external leads vendors as well as cross sales from
existing customers.
Record sales generating activities in a journal and other tracking systems.
Collect information and required documents to submit to underwriting.
SET UP ANNUAL REVIEWS
Life license will qualify for higher base pay!
Willing to train the right person
We offer a base pay plus commissions and bonuses.
Holiday pay immediately
Vacation & Sick Leave days after 90 days of employment.
