Manager - Casper, Wyoming Job Opening in Casper, Wyoming - True Oil LLC is currently hiring an executive level Manager in Casper, Wyoming. True Oil LLC is a family-owned exploration and production company operating mainly in the Rocky Mountain region with the capability and expertise to explore and operate throughout the United States and other countries. This position manages, directs and coordinates the actions of the production, geological and land departments to discover, acquire, exploit and economically produce hydrocarbons. Candidate will directly oversee all company operations to insure efficiency, profitability, safety, and cost-effective management of resources; must be able to direct reservoir studies and evaluations.
Manages all office personnel issues and approve all office hiring/firing within established policies and guidelines; Daily interaction with office personnel.
Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency and cost-effective management of resources.
Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating reserves and/or revenues for the company.
Identify acquisition and divestiture opportunities and direct implementation activities.
Coordinate RWC Gas Plant operations in concert with other aspects such as field operations, product sales, plant engineering, etc.
Make recommendations to Members on drilling and exploration proposals, acquisitions, and divestitures, and capital spending.
Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
Promote and represent the company through personal appearances at industry conferences, functions, hearings and meetings.
Attend weekly meetings with Senior Members; Hold weekly staff meetings and various department meetings; Meet with Chief Accountant at least monthly; Monthly Managers? Meetings; Bi-monthly True operations meeting; Annual/ quarterly ownership meeting events; annual Meetings;; participate in other company coordinating meetings; Attend industry functions and other meetings as needed.
Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree, or equivalent; fifteen years of experience in drilling, exploration and production operations, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates who have professional petroleum license in applicant?s profession and licensed in the State of Wyoming will also receive preference. Must pass pre-employment background check, credit check, and pre-employment drug screen.
