Business Development/Sales Job Opening in Owings Mills, Maryland - Target Marketing Group [TMG] is looking for dynamite Sales professionals with proven success in selling promotional products and apparel, online storefronts, integrated marketing solutions and print management. The New Business Development Sales Professional will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing a sales strategy to achieve their sales goals, as well as bringing in new business with prospects that currently do not have a relationship with TMG. The ideal candidate will have experience and passion as a ?hunter?. Additionally, we are looking for individuals with ASI promotional experience, global sourcing for promotional products or printing experience. The candidate does not have to live in the immediate vicinity (may work from home office). Position Responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategies to identify opportunities, penetrate new business, sales, pricing, and expanding market share and revenue generation for TMG?s services
Personally pursuing and closing key new prospects by creating compelling sales and marketing programs * Achieving monthly sales goals
Ensuring sales offerings are closely coordinated and in alignment with internal product offerings
Managing client and prospect relationships
Building and maintaining a professional and trusting relationship
Communicating specific details of a project to client as quickly as possible * Proactively gathering feedback on current and future needs
Creating clear, precise and properly detailed prospect job instructions /documentation
Desired Skills & Experience :
Five or more years of sales experience
Proven success in sales with the ability to manage the sales process
A strong network; both in-person and through
The ability to generate creative and innovative sales approaches
Be a strong communicator who demonstrates the ability to understand a client from their perspective
Experience working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
Strong understanding of the marketing process
Five or more years of sales experience
Proven success in sales with the ability to manage the sales process
