Skills:
Strong organizational skills and an aptitude for detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proper telephone etiquette
Proficiency in MS Office and other electronic media
An attitude of creative problem solving
An ability to respond to unexpected changes and demands with patience, tact and understanding
An ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
Able to function as a team member to meet client needs and manage requests
Duties include but are not limited to:
Respond to member requests in a positive, professional, and consistent manner
Prioritize daily tasks and managing work load
Organize patient medical records
Assemble medical kits
Schedule specialist physician appointments
Provide local and international healthcare resources
Purchase medical supplies and manage inventory
Ensure all interactions with members are documented properly
Travel to local vendors
Comply with all State and Federal regulations appropriate to the practice setting
Qualifications:
Associates Degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
2 years of experience in an office setting or similar work experience
Reliable transportation
Must pass a background check
Compensation:
Starting salary range of $40,000-$42,000, based on qualifications
Full Benefits package including health, dental option, and 401K
