Duties Include but are not limited to:
Receiving Inbound calls and placing courtesy outbound calls
Negotiating payment options
Documenting communications
***Must be able to meet Attendance Guidelines***
Qualifications:
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Excellent written and oral communication and telephone skills
PC proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and data base navigation
Team-oriented
Detailed orientated work habits - Goal driven individual with developed time management skills - Positive attitudes
Adhering to HIPAA laws and regulations
Medical office experience beneficial but not required - Medicare/Medicaid knowledge a plus*
