Position: The position is a full time position in our downtown Saint Paul, MN office location. The successful candidate will be a team- player, have a high level of attention to detail, be able to multi-task and possess analytical skills. A dependable work ethic and commitment to providing quality service is an absolute must.
Job Description: As an you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Invoicing customers
Processing payables
Maintaining and tracking inventory: purchasing and receiving
Reconciling bank accounts
Assisting with month-end close
Other accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook is desired
Experience working with daily deadlines, month, quarter, and year-end reports
Experience working with inventory at multiple facilities is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Two years accounting experience
One year of QuickBooks experience
High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate or Bachelor?s Degree in accounting or related fields is preferred
