Receptionist/Leasing Agent Job Opening in Minneapolis, Minnesota - The role of Agent for Bison Management Team/Roers Investments requires a high energy, sales oriented, multi- tasking individual to handle our high call volume and provide five-star customer service to our tenants as well as handle office duties and projects. This role will be the first point of contact for our potential residents and will involve customer service, sales, light accounting/data entry and marketing to be an asset on our property management team.
Position Responsibilities
Receive all incoming phone calls
Customer service skills utilized to turn phone calls into property tours and or leases.
Knowledge of all properties products and amenities available to residents
Schedule appointments with on-site property managers for unit showings
Clear communication to all staff
Assist in planning and coordinating resident functions if needed
Prepare and be knowledgeable with Yardi and leasing processes
Complete guest cards and have systematic follow up in place
Manage and resolve resident concerns or issues
Assist on-site managers with concerns or issues
Travel and site inspections as requested (this varies on individuals)
Coordinate and order all office supplies
Coordinate and assist with travel planning for office staff
Maintain company calendar for staff events and celebrations
Assist with projects and office tasks as assigned
Help manage and maintain our phone system
Manages office operations and needs
Meet project deadlines

Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office & Yardi applications
Property management or real estate knowledge would be beneficial

College degree preferred but not required depending on work experience
