Accounts Receivable Job Opening in Springville, Utah - Namify LLC, a leading identification branding company and multi-channel distributor of branded marketing products, is looking for an individual possessing an outgoing personality to work in the finance department to help with accounts receivable. The person in this role, acting under general supervision, primarily ensures that payment is received from customers in a timely manner. Additionally they will be involved in other accounting functions in order to establish effective internal controls and cross-training. Position is full-time
Hours are typically 9:00am-5:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
Receive payments from customers.
Contact customers regarding past due invoices.
Review customer requests for Credit Terms.
Review Credit Memos.
Respond to Bankruptcy Notices & Credit Card Charge-back notices.
Required Skills:
Excellent customer service skills.
An ability to be kind but firm in customer interactions.
Strong attention to detail is a must!
High level of personal integrity and reliability.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to work with people in a courteous and professional manner while enforcing policy.
Required Experience:
1 year of related office experience is required. Candidate must be a quick learner and quick in their operation of a PC computer. Ability to work with people in a courteous and professional manner while enforcing policy.
Compensation:
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
