WHAT YOU?LL DO:
It is through the respect and sensitivity of our dedicated staff that we can provide cemetery and funeral arrangements to our valued families in a most compassionate and professional way. As a Sales Representative, you will:
Provide the highest level of service to client/customer both during and after the sales process.
Provide at-need clients with immediate service, providing a consoling atmosphere that enable the clients to make decisions regarding recently deceased family members.
Provide clients with options and associated costs, including advising client on financing options and working with them to find the best option.
Coordinate site overviews with clients, including tours around the property.
Identify leads, schedule presentations, and follow up with clients to meet pre-need sales goals.
Be well versed in all StoneMor products and services to sell to existing and potential individual customers and associations.
Provide a tranquil office environment to minimize stress to the clients.
WHAT YOU?LL NEED:
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years sales experience
Self-motivated, dynamic, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to overcome obstacles
Excellent customer service skills
Compassionate and the ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication is a must
High degree of integrity and ability to recognize the requirements of confidentiality
Must have a valid driver?s license and reliable transportation
